Great tablet with quicker upload speeds than my8 year old pro

I can't connect with my Epson projector wirelessly, which I need to use while teaching.

Had an issue with my online trade in and pickup of my item initially but the team at the Orland Park location were great to work with you get me in and out with my new device.

I had to return it due to black staticky lines I kept getting on the screen. It would stop for a while and then start again where I couldn’t even see what was on the screen.

So I had a problem with my Apple I pencil. It wouldn’t hold the connection. I contacted Best Buy the same day it was delivered. Got hung up on three times, finally got someone to send out a replacement only to have it canceled the next morning. I also bought Apple care. Do not buy from Best Buy

Fully charged battery, can’t last 2 hours. Besides that I like everything on it so far.

Seemed like a great buy but I returned it as it was WiFi only and I needed cellular too.

Heavy, screen viewing angles are poor, no GPS, difficult to hold due to size

I purchased apple care and could not get any assistance from Best Buy to set it up. I would never purchase anything like that again.

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift. It was amazing. But a few days later I was sent an email about. The owner of this iPad can see your location. It was an unknown email. Not mine. It freaked me out. This iPad was supposed to be brand new. I do wish that I took a screenshot

I looked forward to this item for so long and was so disappointed when it would not connect to my wifi. I had to return it. Maybe it was Spectrum that was causing the problem, but I am fed up with difficult technologies with the inability to recognize passwords etc.

The cost of this item should come down a little bit

Too much, too big, too expensive. Returning tomorrow for full credit. All I came in for was an iPad. Geez. Hope you take the sales person’s commission back. It was a bully sale. Saw me coming. Not again. I’ll order online next time.

Great picture quality, the camera quality on this iPad is fantastic. The screen size is perfect for me and I couldn't have asked for a better battery life.

I haven’t received the item yet. That why you shouldn’t use FedEx. The package has been in Denver for a week now. Every time someone uses FedEx it gets lost in Denver. Maybe if you made FedEx refund the purchase price and shipping charges something would change.

The low rating is because we requested the iPAD with cellular capability and the one we got is only Bluetooth $ WiFi.

So strange but I got a bad iPad Air M3. It died and then we couldn’t charge or fix it. I even had the geek squad check it. I am awaiting a replacement and then I will redo my review on the new iPad Air.
