Love my IPad! I don’t even use my Mac hardly at all anymore. I have 13 inch and I use it every day. Fast and efficient. I have had and used an iPad for over 10 years and I find I can’t do without it.

I purchased an apple iPad Air M3 on March 20th. I was informed during the transaction that if I purchased Applecare+ that I would receive a $100 gift card for the promotion. I waited the 15 days without receiving the gift card and contacted customer service. After talking with 3-4 different associates, I was informed that I should be receiving the $100 in certificate’s. I received a call from the store manager the next day and she informed me that I would only be receiving $75 in certificate’s because the promotion was different than the one the first associate told me. I agreed with some disappointment, but only received 2 certificates for $25 each. I then contacted customer service again on the 4th of April and was told that the other 2 certificates for $25 each, would be sent to me within the next 24-72 hours, and to call back if I didn’t receive them. This also did not happen so I called customer service on the 7th and was told that the $100 was on my membership and the store would see that when I made another purchase. I did make another purchase on the 7th and was told by the store manager that all I had in my account was the first 2 $25 certificates and that was that. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more items from BestBuy. Thank you Dee currah

Fast, great display, good connectivity. Migration from older model to new model or adding an iPad if you already own an iPhone is very easy. Beware of Best Buy trade-in. If ordered online the only way to return your tradein is direct at a FedEx office. The Best Buy stores do not take the trade unless purchased from the store.
