Super fast, excellent display, great features not available on iPhone and ease of use compared to a MacBook is a no-brainer. Camera quality is excellent perfect for FaceTime and video calls, can do any processing you need it to, up until you enter the extreme graphic design world or major data processing.

the product did not fit with my way of taking notes while in the courtroom. I decided to stick with my small laptop. However, I borrowed a colleague's iPad and I thought it was fun. I returned the iPad only because I decided not to change my way of taking notes in court.

I found this purchase to be good for me. I wanted the iPad for downloading musical scores and recorded music. It is perfect for that and more.

Excellent Ipad. Definitely recommending it to others

I purchased an apple iPad Air M3 on March 20th. I was informed during the transaction that if I purchased Applecare+ that I would receive a $100 gift card for the promotion. I waited the 15 days without receiving the gift card and contacted customer service. After talking with 3-4 different associates, I was informed that I should be receiving the $100 in certificate’s. I received a call from the store manager the next day and she informed me that I would only be receiving $75 in certificate’s because the promotion was different than the one the first associate told me. I agreed with some disappointment, but only received 2 certificates for $25 each. I then contacted customer service again on the 4th of April and was told that the other 2 certificates for $25 each, would be sent to me within the next 24-72 hours, and to call back if I didn’t receive them. This also did not happen so I called customer service on the 7th and was told that the $100 was on my membership and the store would see that when I made another purchase. I did make another purchase on the 7th and was told by the store manager that all I had in my account was the first 2 $25 certificates and that was that. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more items from BestBuy. Thank you Dee currah

I purchased my iPad Air after using the same one for 10 years. It was still working but I wanting a newer one! It is a 13” which is easier on my eyes. I am really enjoying my new purple iPad Air!!
