A very good working iPad makes work easy, especially for those who are in school. The comfort it gives in studying is quite amazing

My old iPad died, maybe 10 years old. The screen is way bigger. I use it for fun - emails, music, games, social media.....nice and big with great definition and always easy to use.

The staff helped me choose exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth and easy. The product was in perfect condition and the price was fair. The 13-inch iPad Air with the M3 chip is fast, smooth, and perfect for everyday use and multitasking. The large display looks stunning, the Purple color is beautiful, and 256GB of storage is more than enough. Battery life is solid, and performance feels future-ready with Apple Intelligence. Highly recommended.

This experience was a series of good and bad issues, so bear with me. Good: I purchased this 13" iPad Air at Best Buy on sale. They had my color choice in stock. Bad: The iPad's wifi was defective, toggling on and off every 5 seconds. I have never experienced a defective Apple product! Good: I brought it into Best Buy, and the very busy Geek Squad Technician broke away for a minute to hear about the wifi issue and declared it was defective, and I can return it for another one. Bad: I took it the returns counter and they did not have another unit in stock. I would have to place an order for another one, but she said their computer would not allow her to order it at the sale price. She said I could take this up with the REGIONAL MANAGER. Good: The regional manager just happened to be in the store, assisting another customer with a complicated transaction, and I waited around 10 minutes. He was a very pleasant person, and quickly resolved the pricing issue, and ordered the replacement. So he saved the day! Bad: What if the RM wasn't in the store. What would have been my recourse? Take the defective iPad to Apple? Good: The replacement unit arrived at my house before noon of the next day, as the regional manager had stated. I was very pleased with that outcome from the RM. Not so Good: New iPad: While everything worked on the replacement iPad, for whatever reason, during the initial setup it required an update to the new and reportedly buggy IOS26. We have noticed that the iPad does exhibit the bugs, such as sluggish touch response or screen lockups, it is also not as stable and requires us to turn it off and on again more often than our other iPads. During the initial setup of the first unit, the update to IOS26 was not required, and was not chosen due to my aversion to reports of its bugs. Something to keep in mind until a better version of IOS is released.

This iPad represents one of my most satisfying purchases. Its performance capabilities are exceptional, empowering me to accomplish a wide range of tasks with remarkable efficiency. I am so impressed that I intend to remain a loyal Apple customer for future technology acquisitions.

I picked up the 13-inch iPad Air with the M3 chip for an elderly parent, and it’s been a perfect fit. The screen is large enough to read comfortably without being heavy or awkward to hold. Performance is smooth, and for the price, it feels like a fair deal for a device that should last years. I’d definitely recommend getting a case to protect the screen and body, especially if the tablet will be used daily

Works very well. Didn't have a big variety in the store to select from but really liked this Space Gray one. Nice quality.

Used to always grabbing my Mac to work on and even when I am relaxing and search browsing. This is my first IPad and it has been great - now I use my Mac only for work and this iPad for both. Speed and lightness of product is a huge plus.

Excellent product. Works well. All my information was transferred from my broken iPad by the Technical Support Staff member. Apple is so much easier to use and you don’t have to purchase additional virus protection. This in and of itself is a bonus. I also bought the protective shield and they put it on for me.

Easy to learn the new options. Size of screen is perfect for older people with poor eyesight. Ability to change print size and ease of changing print size made this iPad perfect. I would recommend and buy this iPad again

I have always had Apple products so I love the iPad Air. For me it is perfect. The larger screen is primarily why I purchased it. So far it exceeds my expectations. It fast and a new feature when using the key board. No more double tapping for caps. Color is great. I purchased an open box that was excellent. I did purchase the extended warranty this time. I have 6 ipads in my time but this is the most expensive so I decided to get the extra coverage.

I replaced an older I Pad with the I Pad 13 inch air. The speed is incredible when loading apps, emails etc. i like the new functions that replaced the old home button.

The new iPad has been a great addition to our clinic. The screen clarity is excellent, making it ideal for reviewing radiographs and ultrasound images directly in the exam room with clients. Its portability and overall functionality fit seamlessly into our workflow and have improved client communication.

I have owned may iPads, from iPad, Air and Pro. I love the integration between Apple products, Integration is time saving and increases productivity. The 13" screen on this iPad Air is stunning and the new M processors have pushed Intel to trash Moor's law, increasing the processor count on Intel machines. Love you Apple!

I purchased this iPad and I’m extremely satisfied with it. The performance is fast, the screen is crisp and clear, and the battery lasts all day. It’s perfect for work, streaming, and everyday use. Highly recommend!

Love the iPad Air 13-inch. The big screen is awesome without feeling bulky, it’s super fast, and the battery lasts all day. I use it for work, browsing, and watching stuff, and it handles everything easily. With a keyboard and Pencil, it’s hard to put down. Definitely recommend.
