I purchased an apple iPad Air M3 on March 20th. I was informed during the transaction that if I purchased Applecare+ that I would receive a $100 gift card for the promotion. I waited the 15 days without receiving the gift card and contacted customer service. After talking with 3-4 different associates, I was informed that I should be receiving the $100 in certificate’s. I received a call from the store manager the next day and she informed me that I would only be receiving $75 in certificate’s because the promotion was different than the one the first associate told me. I agreed with some disappointment, but only received 2 certificates for $25 each. I then contacted customer service again on the 4th of April and was told that the other 2 certificates for $25 each, would be sent to me within the next 24-72 hours, and to call back if I didn’t receive them. This also did not happen so I called customer service on the 7th and was told that the $100 was on my membership and the store would see that when I made another purchase. I did make another purchase on the 7th and was told by the store manager that all I had in my account was the first 2 $25 certificates and that was that. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more items from BestBuy. Thank you Dee currah

My old ipad was six years old thought it was time to upgrade. The older one was still working and did the job but the new one is so much nicer! Love Apple Products.

I have had one of the first 13 inch ipad of Apple and finally decided to upgrade, tried a few others but in the end went right back to another Apple 13 inch ipad , love it and will never try to change it again.

Its a great device. We love it. We use it for homeschooling and everything else.

Upgraded from an older model of the air. This was perfect for what I needed as a Procreate/Procreate dreams user. The update in software and screen size opened up certain functions of procreate that I did not have on my old one! I will also be planning on going back to school in the fall and intend on using this more of a laptop over my MacBook for portability reasons - screen size if perfect for that. With upcoming updates the iPad will also have the functionality of a MacBook!

I use it every day and it has been great. I would say the only issue is i need to plug it in when in done even if i do not use it for long. Otherwise i love it

Great iPad for college student. Very large screen so it’s good for multiple window usage with the new iPad OS. When paired with Apple Pencil even better.

bought this to replace an old 13" pro, love the big screen for watching movies etc and this version is much lighter then my old pro which is nice. Hate the touch id instead face id. Really liked the $500 credit for my 4 year old pro.
