It’s a great item that I got for the larger screen and better quality picture. Its processing speed is faster than my old iPad. Has great battery life.

I think your employes should be more informed on Holiday exchanges. They told me I only had 14 days to return even if it was a christmas gift. So I had to give to my daughter early to make sure it worked. Only to learn after another purchase I had to January 14th to return. Blew the surprise for Christmas. Wish I would have know this before. Please make sure salesman know this for future.

This is my first foray into the world of 'Apple' and it has been delightful. The iPad Air is intuitive almost to a fault. The few times I've had a question 'Siri' was ready to help me through it. I definitely am happy with this machine.

I honestly wanted to try using the 13" iPad as a laptop replacement, and it really takes some getting used to. But after a while, you get the best of both worlds within the Apple ecosystem: a touchscreen, stylus support with a keyboard, and the Apple Magic Mouse works wonderfully. Just be sure to think about activating a Windows 365 license.

Fast, great display, good connectivity. Migration from older model to new model or adding an iPad if you already own an iPhone is very easy. Beware of Best Buy trade-in. If ordered online the only way to return your tradein is direct at a FedEx office. The Best Buy stores do not take the trade unless purchased from the store.

Beautiful! I love the screen size and the new AI is amazing. Put a keyboard on it and it’s like a laptop.

A fantastic item. I have eye trouble and this iPad has been a godsend. I’ve had 2 other iPads in the past and this one is easier to use and the larger screen helps so much.

Great usage for at home easy use! Battery life does seem a bit short and some features are a bit different than the iPhone (in my option) but that’s what I noticed. It also makes working with apps for designing purposes more easier too rather than being on a computer/laptop.

Excellent size to watch movies, paint or view videos. No complains.

Just bought this because I wanted a bigger screen and my old iPad was unable to do updates. Battery life isn't as great as my last iPad. The larger screen means it is a little awkward to hold when reading books. All in all I would recommend.
