    I've only had this a month and the screen will freeze and I can even reboot it. Then out the blue I can at least reboot and then it's ok till the next time. Not sure what the issue could be.

    The data transfer from my older Apple unit to this one didn't work out. I could not get the new unit to work and returned it.

    Because of this experience , i wont ever recommend anyone to buy open box product!despite of opting ford excellent quality , yet Recieved it without box and with too many scratches and dents, as if it was operated ruthlessly! Could have got a cheaper and much better device from Facebook Marketplace’
