Awesome ipad . Perfect image . Works perfect with Apple pen and keyboard

Good I like it too much but I like it1000%10000 I get it 1 week already

I’m gonna need help cause I’m new to using iPads I will have to make an appointment with the geek squad.

Upon delivery box was crushed but iPad was ok. Did not like shipping package. Also for in excellent shape as said on Best Buy site all accessories was supposed to be included cord and charger and was not and was a scratch on screen.

The M4 iPad is easily one of my favorite devices I’ve ever owned. It’s insanely fast, the screen looks amazing, and everything feels unbelievably smooth — from multitasking to gaming to just scrolling through apps. The battery life is solid, the speakers are great, and it’s the perfect balance between portability and power. Whether I’m watching videos, taking notes, or just relaxing, this thing handles everything without even trying. I honestly love using it — it makes the whole iPad experience feel brand new again.

I ordered Open box and there were no comments on the paper but it had scratches on the screen. No box, weird charger, (USB-A typewas delivered) so I requested replacement immediately. But the replacement was canceled by bestbuy and they said go to nearby store and they will negotiate with branch manager. but when I went to nearby store ,(twice) the branch manager refused to accept the replacement and the Customer service agent refused to connect the manager. So I had no choice but to go to UPS, return the item, and proceed with a refund. and then I requested to be guaranteed my original price but the live agent said there are no stocks, no policies about open box, nothing to help you with. They did nothing. Just my fuel and time and money were wasted.

Coming from and older 12.9 iPad Pro that was still going I don't have enough words to express just how good this iPad is. Extremely fast. I have other Apple devices for personal use and use Android and Surface devices at work. This is definitely faster than any other device I have by a mile. Nothing seems to phase it. Nothing but a bad internet connection will slow it down. And that OLED screen is nothing short of magical. It's so far ahead of other screens that it defies description. Bright whites, deep black, colors pop, I keep the brightness at about 30% and I can still see it outdoors in the sunlight. Editing photos is a breeze, especially if you add and Apple Pencil Pro, Movies look great sound is excellent. Add a pair of AirPods Pro and you have as good or better experience as you do in a movie theater. Battery life is excellent. I can use it all day on a single charge and have tons of battery life left after 10 hours. I probably use it more than every other device I have combined. It's my background music/podcast player at work. It's my movie/tv device at home. It's my primary photo/video editor. I have yet to find anything that it doesn't do. All without breaking a sweat.

I got the iPad Air M3, had it for less than a day, decided to get the Pro M4, and I have no regrets. The price is a bit steeper, but thanks to the option to finance, I decided to pull the trigger, and oh man is it worth it. This iPad is lightweight, but not too lightweight. It runs any applications I've tried so far at top performance, and with a phenomenal battery life. The M4 processor is top of the line for these devices, and being able to run the screen at 120hz is also a very nice addition and allows things to run buttery smooth.
