    Erin was amazing to work with. Helped me by ensuring everything I bought was what i wanted, would fit my product, and that I walked away with a smile. Getting it home was easy, the packaging was excellent (as Apple has set the standard to) as well as easy to manage. Going through the start up was easy, iOS doing smooth things to transfer my art data from my Mini seamlessly.

    Apple products speak for themselves, this is a quality piece of hardware that feels like the right upgrade to the iPad lineup. Bought an open box for a discounted price and would highly recommend open box from Best Buy as you can trust what you are getting.
