    Needed a replacement iPad because the old one was out of warranty — there was a problem with the cable connection and the Geek Squad boys told me they could not fix it, and if sent into Apple, it would take weeks and they likely wouldn’t fix it either. Replacement was $1,400 which was pricey — sales guy tried to add on Best Buy supplement to Apple Care, saying it was only $10 more — but that was not true because instead of a one time buy, I had to purchase $170 for each year — actually $180 increase.

    It wasn’t stressful I would like people to try and get the new iPad Pro 13 inc it wasn’t any had work I just have to go get it at the store

    The product itself is great. The lack of help or willingness to help from the Manager on duty at your Southridge location is far less than acceptable. Very rude and acted as though he did not see me when I approached as he was sitting on (yes i said sitting) on the front table or desk. Whatever it was he was sitting on was right inside the front door where the large tv was being displayed. customer service was eating candy out of a bag as I was trying to get help. So overall the product from apple is great. The store itself needs to get rid of that rude sloppy manager. white male, probably in his 40's he had a cheap tribal tattoo on his right forearm and a name tattooed on left forearm. Get that guy out. He adds no value to best buy.
