    Didn't even have iPad less than 30 day's the wouldn't come on the tablet was running hot and wasn't on had to go Apple Store long story short they did replace it

    Not sure how to rate this, except unsatisfactory. This IPad was purchased for a birthday gift, and had it shipped-directly to me via mail. I never checked until recently because I trusted Best Buy because I had no reason not too. Then I noticed on the outside of the box (unopened) it stated “standard glass”, when I ordered and paid for the OLED screen. I will be taking the boxed (unopened) back to Best Buy for an updated straight exchange. I will be sure to comment again after meeting with Best Buy to let you know their response and how they made things good. I am relatively sure Best Buy will make things good.
