New ipad for the HP user

Store manager ruins the experience

The lack of help or willingness to help from the Manager on duty at your Southridge location is far less than acceptable. Very rude and acted as though he did not see me when I approached as he was sitting on (yes i said sitting) on the front table or desk. Whatever it was he was sitting on was right inside the front door where the large tv was being displayed. customer service was eating candy out of a bag as I was trying to get help. So overall the product from apple is great. The store itself needs to get rid of that rude sloppy manager. white male, probably in his 40's he had a cheap tribal tattoo on his right forearm and a name tattooed on left forearm. Get that guy out. He adds no value to best buy.

Wife Said I'd Never Use This - She was wrong

Rather than return it and get an older generational Apple Pencil, I upgraded the iPad. Pencil works great!

I do like the bigger screen. The colors are sharper. Note: Make sure when you first try to transfer your data from another iPad to it, they must have the same iOS update.
