    Went into the Towson/Timonium store at 9:15 this morning. Was properly greeted by the manager at the front door and directed to the IPad area. Inquired if someone was there to assist and he indicated yes. After waiting several minutes, approached the manager again asking if anyone could help me and I was told that there was one person assisting another customer. I've been a loyal BBY customer for over 25 years. Never again. Went to Microcenter in Parkville and bought the 5 IPads I was seeking. BBY MUST RETRAIN THEIR MANAGEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
