    Apple makes a great product, but prices are very steep. Got a sale at Best Buy, so it made it a little better

    It was really scratched up bad screen didn't work right I was difficult to turn on buy a Samsung instead

    Unfortunately the iPad continues to freeze and shutdown. The very first day I got it. Took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad informed me that it was nothing that they could do. They advised me to take it to Apple Store for further investigation. Very disappointed in customer service and quality of iPad. They wouldn’t even exchange it for a new one and I have the Best Buy warranty plan.

    This tablet DOES NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL SIM CARD which would be easier for intruders to access it ALSO Apple IS VERY INVASIVE.. THEY WANT all your data.. I PREFER to sell it cheap than to use it EVER AGAIN Apple
