    Unfortunately the iPad continues to freeze and shutdown. The very first day I got it. Took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad informed me that it was nothing that they could do. They advised me to take it to Apple Store for further investigation. Very disappointed in customer service and quality of iPad. They wouldn’t even exchange it for a new one and I have the Best Buy warranty plan.

    This tablet DOES NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL SIM CARD which would be easier for intruders to access it ALSO Apple IS VERY INVASIVE.. THEY WANT all your data.. I PREFER to sell it cheap than to use it EVER AGAIN Apple

    This device had such an incredible display. I have never used a device that is useful for so many different things. You can use it to watch movies, do school work, surf the internet, and likely much more. It does all of that flawlessly aside for some hiccups with Universal Control stability between the MacBook Air and this device. But when I brought this to Apple’s attention they let me know their engineers will get on it if it remains an issue and pull the data from where the error is happening to investigate it. So given how great the company that makes the product and the device itself is I’d say that makes it well worth the money.
