It does its job effectively and works well. I do like the screen size, which allows me to see the fonts without straining my eyes and the need to zoom in to enlarge the fonts.

I ordered an open box iPad. The box itself was in terrible condition. It’s was beat up and pretty dirty but the iPad was fine. On the iPad were a couple dirty/dusty spots but nothing that couldn’t come off from being wiped. It works great and overall looks new. I love that Best Buy offers open box ! The ipad is beautiful and has stunning graphics. Still so much to learn about it and all the features but so far, so good!

Apple continues to make a solid product. I had an earlier 13" and loved it but it was just a bit too bulky (more like a MacBook Pro really), but this new version is lighter and faster and I love that they moved the camera location as well. Also if you get this I would also recommend the keyboard as well. That also got a facelift and got lighter. This iPad is finally something I am willing to leave my laptop behind for.

Purchased this device for use during grand rounds on a ventilator unit. Screen size is great for review of chest x-rays and ECGs. Large enough to use as a teaching tool for students and staff.

I love my iPad Pro 13 M4. It can do anything that a laptop can do. I have used it exclusively for all my computing tasks since I got it. It has an awesome screen that is so bright! I use it with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro. It is fast and just a wonderful tablet computer! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

This was a gift for my husband for Father's Day. It is so thin and light. The speed is 10× better than his old iPad air. LOVE It!

Having got and used an iPad Pro in the past, this was a nice upgrade. OLED and the bigger screen is great but the value really has to be evaluated as it is not cheap. Nor could I justify paying additional to get the model with more memory and storage.

This is by far the best iPad to date. It's like having and ipad and laptop all in one.

I don’t know about customer service is but not too bad

I'm thoroughly pleased with my iPad, but I can't say that this new one revolutionzed my life in any specific or concrete way over the prior one. I'll be curious to see how the Apple AI functionality works ... once it released in the near future, but I'm not 100% convinced yet that this M4 would be better than a half priced M2.

Rave review for this iPad. Very versatile with or without a keyboard. Very powerful. I seriously doubt I will challenge it's power even with video and photo editing. It is the best go anywhere tablet on the market.
