I tried to payoff the item after 2 weeks in the store and was denied because my account did not show the purchase. Mailed in check with monthly bill and still do not have the 10% that was promised..

I have updated all up dates and check all settings and i still have the strangest keyboard issues. Stuck virtual keys and weird alternate letter selections. Except for typing issues the iPad is fine
