I purchased the original iPad Pro many years ago and have loved it for watching movies on my patio as well as using it as a portable office. A few minor software issues started to show its age. I couldn’t convince myself that I needed a new model until the Christmas spirit hit me and I went to my trusted friends at Best Buy (online) and bought the new iPad M5 chip Wi-Fi 256GB with OLED! Bold move and well-rewarded! I can’t believe how fast it operates and the crisp clarity of colors truly sets it apart from my older model. And now I have AI. Could it get any better? AND I ordered the iPad around 2:30pm on 12/23 and it was delivered to my front porch by 7:30pm that night! What service! I highly recommend the new iPad and Best Buy!

Upgraded to this from M1 iPad Pro and not only is the speed noticeable but the screen and battery life are as well. Speakers sound the same as previous models, but the device has a nicer feel being thinner.

I recently purchased the New IPad Pro M5 chip at my local Best Buy and I can’t be more happier with the service and also the way this new IPads performance. I have owned a mainly iPad minis and since upgrading to the bigger screen and newer chip, I have noticed significant improvements. I am able to do many things such as record music, edit pictures and videos or just watch movies and videos. I did get the iPad during Black Friday deals and was able to save a few hundred dollars on my purchase. Overall really great buy if you are getting an iPad for the first time or upgrading from older models. New chips are really powerful and make the iPad work fast and download speeds are faster as well.

I haven’t had to upgrade my iPad for a long time. I previously had an 11 in iPad and I wanted to upgrade to the 13 in one. I love how responsive it is and the longer battery life. The screen size is a dream and I love the 4 speakers. It was worth the wait!

Upgrading from a 5th generation iPad Pro. Much faster and improved screen. Battery life seems to be a bit better.

Recently purchased the this M5 iPad Pro 13 inch from Best Buy with the trade in of my M1 Pro 13 inch iPad...bought an excellent open box unit that was returned by another customer after three days. Still under full one year warranty and was flawless in every way. Considering the cost of a new one M5 iPad Pro 13 inch, for what I paid for this unit, even the salesperson was amazed at the price. Incredible device both in quality, build, speed and use. I have had iPads since they first came out and as always, nothing in my mind beats an Apple Pro iPad. Yes, not cheap by any means but you get what you pay for and I did even better with the open box unit. No regrets and many years of use ahead for it..
