This is a great upgrade from my precious iPad. The screen is larger and the display quality is superb. I mainly use it for graphics design and so far I’m very satisfied with the use experience. The battery lasts for a long time, and my only wish was that I should have bought one with larger storage.

I recently went to Best Buy to buy a new iPad bundle, and I must say that the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. The entire experience was seamless and genuinely pleasurable thanks to Kevin, Denise, and Shawn. Without making me feel hurried or under pressure, Kevin took the time to go over the various options with me and assist me in selecting the bundle that best suited my needs. You could tell they were in sync as a team. They answered all my questions without rushing me and made sure I left feeling excited and confident about my purchase.

This is an amazing tool for personal and business use. I use it every day, whether it is for digital art, or working for my small business. I purchased the keyboard case and it is very convenient when you need to type an email out quickly. The magnetic pencil is an awesome feature to keep the pencil charged for whenever you need it. Definitely recommended!

We are very satisfied with our new 13” IPads. As we become more familiar I’m certain we will be more satisfied.

Bought this to draw and I was very pleased with this product. I love my iPad and I tell people all the time. I take it everywhere I do big projects on it and it’s so easy and accessible.

Excellent image quaklity, blew me away after using an older iPad model. Screen size is not an issue for me beacasue the device is so thin and light com pared to lder models.

There's not much to say when you buy an Apple product, as you know exactly what it is you're getting into. But as an artist who enjoys light media consumption-- I love my new iPad !! The Apple Pencil Pro support is beautiful and I've been having a good time with drawing on it. I definitely recommend it for those who can afford it! The tandem OLED screen is gorgeous.

The best iPad ever. The design, the shape, the weight the quality the structure is best in class. The OLED screen is one of the best screens you’ll ever see in your life. It’s a joy to utilize to watch videos to surf the web to read for anything you need it is superb and as usual the speakers are amazing. How can such a small thin device have such great sound.

I replaced my older IPad due to it was 8 years old and battery life was getting weak. So far no issues and never had any issues with my older IPad.

The iPad Pro was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent service staff was very helpful and they were very polite product was available and able to get in and out quickly

I like everything about the iPad, sharp picture, speaker is clear, it takes great pictures. I don’t know it’s a great product and I would recommend it to anyone. I have used Apple for as long as I can remember.

It works great for the most part. The thing that I don’t care for is that they made it harder for you to do a split screen. I do like the fact that you can split it into more screens and adjust the sizing of the split, but I just wish that to do just a normal split screen, they just kept it the old way, then if you wanted it split into more screens, you can go into the window option to adjust.

coming from an m1 ipad pro, this was a natural upgrade for me. the thinner form factor, improved screen, and repositioned front-facing camera were all welcome quality of life improvements for me. the blazingly fast m5 chip was also a welcome bonus.

Great product, very easy to use and understandable. It makes life easier for someone who’s not computer savvy.

A MUST BUY , ALMOST LAPTOP LIKE, FAST AND POWERFUL. BATTERY NOT GREAT, BUT IS GOOD. ALSO KINDA HEAVY. AND EXPENSIVE.

At first I was a little intimidated with this, being my first iPad experience. After several hours and a lot of reading and research I think we are going to get along okay. I have been told I am not very patient person. There are way too many apps available you will probably never use, and will delete but it is pretty easy to add those you want. Overall a good product and maybe a little pricey for a beginner. I am starting to like it more!

Very good device, fully met expectations. The build quality is excellent, it works quickly and stably, without freezing. It's convenient to use, I'm happy with the purchase and boldly recommend it.

Sleek profile compared to iPad Pro M3 with a noticeable decrease in weight. Display is brighter and sound output is still great but very similar to previous models. Overall, a large improvement in portability and battery life compared to older generations.
