    Overall a smooth transition. Main drawback is my most important email account receives, but will not send email. All settings are identical to my older iPad that both sends and receives.

    To many passwords to try to remember. System locked 3 times. Had to go to best buy then apppe store to unlock. Refunded tablet unlocked and it locked on best buy as well. They called me in to unlock again.

    The screen was broken when we opened box. The only decent part of this was the manager who allowed the return. The screen has lines across the whole top of the apple ipod air.

    Have owned my iPad for about 6 weeks and it is now on its way back to apple. Not a happy camper. Almost a thousand dollars and not even in my possession.
