Computer is okay... pickup process was a nightmare

Plus someone was already logged into it so I had to uninstall and reinstall the OS to get it to work. Now that it’s working I love it but would rate my online buying experience a 0 if i could because I had to drive a hour away, and still have to buy my own mouse and take time out to make it work when it should have been ready to go from the jump for the amount of money I paid.

The professional in the store was great. He was knowledgeable and took all the time needed to help me order the products. I used the delivery to the store and it was right on time for when they said it would arrive at the store. Store pick up was easy and quick.

Mac computer purchase

They made this major purchase a rather simple process for us.
