This has been a great purchase. I’m an Apple fan and this product does not disappoint. I went to the store to buy it, but they were out. I ordered it on line and had it delivered. The curbside service was great.

So far not many complaints. Several files did not transfer properly from my old (2009) iMac. I'm particularly unhappy that for some reason not all the music I have on my old iMac will transfer from iTuners to Music. Still working on that problem. It is fast and has a excellent display.

I LOVE my new iMac. I posponed buying this computer for so long and ended up spending a lot more money on other brands that didn't last until I finally decide to invest in this and I am so glad I did!

Very nice product. Extra great service when I was buying it. No shipping was involved because they had it in stock, and they price matched with the same item that Costco was selling. Good experience!

Bought my 1st Apple in 2009 just replaced this year. Had no trouble with the old one. That why I got another Apple. Easy to use & the Best Buy Salesman was very knowledgeable on this product.

This is a very nice upgrade to the computer I was using before. It’s got a better mouse and keyboard than what I had before. At $1,000 it’s a steal.

I am really enjoying this Apple-21.5 iMac. This was a upgrade and is so much faster with much more memory. Very satisfied with this purchase and Best Buy was absolutely great and helpful.

My old one worked for quite a while and it got too old to accept new OS's. So, I had to get a new one! It is doing a great job as expected. Caught it on a bit of a sale as well, YAY!!

I so love the IMac computer been wanting one for years. The price was very affordable especially since it was open box. No damages and geek squad did a wonderful job refurbishing it.

I loved it, my son use it for school classes since he is virtual. It was the best item I got. I totally recommend this computer. Also the size is perfect for my son since he is blind in one eye.

Excellent computer: fast, lots of storage. The best part tho is the beautiful graphics on this monitor. Crisp, lush pictures. It arrived very quickly after ordering, and was a snap to set up.

Love my new Mac. a lot of features I am not familiar with, but will have to work at it. the pictures are amazing. better than I could have imagined. excited about having this new computer.

Always wanted one of these bad boys! Finally got one! Editing program "Imovie" favorite video editing program ever! Still pretty new at using rest of the computer! Happy I finally bought one!

I love my new iMac!!! I am a teacher and the iMac is wonderful. I don’t get kicked out of Zoom anymore. I am able to run multiple apps at the same time and use my iPad as a second screen.

Apple devices speak for themselves! Excellent image quality. Fast! Easy to use! It is just taking me a little time to get used to the keyboard and Magic Mouse. Pleased with my purchase.

My first Mac lasted about 7 years, so hopefully this one will also. There are a lot of Apple fixtures I don't like, weird duplicate files/Folders taking up space, (APFS file structure) the FaceTime camera seems lower quality than my old Mac etc. It takes me a while to shake out all the junk I don't want/use. I suppose Windows would have similar issues. But Mac is pricing itself out of the market. The machine itself works fine, but it bugs me that Apple doesn't even allow time to get the bugs our before forcing a new OS on us every 12 months or so. Change for the sake of change. So this will be my last Mac.

Even going from one Mac to another it’s always a learning experience. In fact, still at it. Our Geek squad tech is coming back to help me. My photos did not transfer over correctly and for me that’s a big deal. But we are still working on it. Not 100% happy right now. But I do give kudos to our tech Chris. He’s the best.

I have owned multiple Apple products, including a MacBook Pro. Our household needed a desktop computer and we opted for an iMac. It’s seamless to use and worth every penny.
