Not very user friendly. We have Apple everything and thought a computer would be the same but it’s hard to get used to when you are used to windows. Ended up returning for an HP

I haven’t used it but once it’s a waste of money if ur a freelance artist I’m going to buy a MacBook so it’ll be able to travel with me to jobs

Hard to set up for anyone who isn't a tech expert. Should come with a book of easy to follow directions. Still can't get email workin g.

Doesn’t support hardly any apps from the App Store. Quite disappointing and frustrating. Otherwise, it’s a nice computer.

Buy the 27” instead. I ended up upgrading mine to a 27 and was much happier. These are fine for a budget apple computer but if you want any real power or a bigger screen the larger iMac is the better choice.

Store salesman said he would call me, didn’t. Your great Geek Squad guy got a work order to install it, not one to bring it. Not his fault, sales department failure. Two trips for him, two days I have to be here. When we get the PC, then ask how I like it.

Bought at a store setup it up to find it has a date code from 2017.i was kinda shocked/suprised bestbuy charging full price for old stock

This was an open box purchase. The computer died right after the return date. I'm afraid that we were sold a junk computer that was returned once already because it wasn't working

Not a fan. No hdmi port and no way to put on a mount. Not what i was looking for so i returned this item

Certified labelled ones are not actually certified. Got one which didn't even show start menu screen when powered on, but is labelled excellent certified open box item

I use this every day for basic schoolwork and I find it very useful. It is very fast, and it works for me.

I absolutely love my I MAC. I use it for me office work and I've been more productive since my purchase.

I bought this in 2017 this exact one and bought the apple warranty as well. This is so slow and unresponsive even when on the internet searching for things. Games like Roblox is basically impossible to play on it. It drags and takes forever to download. AppleCare said to keep all apps closed and that it will never be fast or capable of playing games like Roblox since there is not a graphics card! So, bottom line is: it's nothing more than a very slow iPad that requires 1 minute to open an app and then the color wheel spins while trying to load the page. My iPad is twice as fast and AppleCare said nothing I can do but put up with it!

I had this computer for less than two years and the logic board died. All my friends were shocked. All of us had so many different computers in the past, none of the others was this bad. I did some research and so many people commented that Apple no longer represents good quality anymore. People are having all different kinds of issues. The only line from Apple that has fewer problems is the iPad Mini... I wish I had read these comments before I made the purchase. The Apple customer at Ala Moana said this kind of problem happened, but there was nothing they could do other than paying $500 to fix it. I refused because I didn't know what other problems would occur. It's just not worth it. I will never purchase an Apple computer ever again. It was a waste of money.
