I am delighted with my purchase of a new iMac! I no longer worry about virus threats and issues that slowed my PC down to dial-up speed. This is a pleasure to use.

I haven't had my iMac for long, and have not even activated all its potential capabilities, but it's a pleasure to use for all my internet and other needs. Beautifully designed, it has everything I need in a computer and more.

This is my first Mac, and it is amazing! So much better than a PC! Fast, quiet, easy to use!

apple computer takes a little getting use to after being a PC clone user for years. its as fast or faster than any computer i have built. it has plenty of hard drive for documents and photos, etc... it comes with a few nice programs. it would be nice if it came with a word processing program but i guess we cant get it all.

All pros, no cons :) Kind of makes one wonder why they didn't buy Apple in the first place! So much wasted money over the years with Dell, Toshiba, Acer.....look no further and just buy it, worth the money.

A little pricier than a PC but it just works better.

If I bought it long ago I would be much happier. It wakes up as I just touch the mouse. I do not have to wait. A lot of new apps that are similar to Word Apps. Love it.

After decades of PC use, and an engineer, I just grew tired of the growing problems with PC's, the crashes, the slow booting, the "blue screen of death" of Windows crashing. I decided to try a MAC. More expensive, but definitely worth the money. This thing is so user-friendly, there is no manual to show you how to use it.

iMAC is as super piece of equipment. Great looks, ergonomics and speed. Unfortunately the Geek Squad doesn't have a clue how to set one up.

Coming from a PC to an Apple was fairly easy. More hints available about the differences between an Apple and PC would be helpful. Easy to use.

Comes ready to fire up right out of the box. Loaded with software that windows just can't match. Need I say more!

The Apple was recommended by my son and I have found it to be easy to use and understand for a senior citizen.

I do very much like to computer. I only wish it were a few hundred dollars less expensive. That would make it a five start for me.

after 12 years with a pc, i can say this is the best experience i have had with a computer. i liken it to the scene in wizard of oz, when we go from b/w to color. i mac rocks.

Bought this iMac switching from windows to apple. thought best buy people were up on the mac BUT. the geeks were not aware of a program to transfer outlook data to mac. also said mac did not support PDF's. they should be experts on people switching overall the mac is good, still learning.

AWESOME!! We love our new Mac . We have only had PC's till now, tired of all the crashing and viruses, and we are so glad we switched!

I haven't had a Mac in years and it was still easy to transition from PC to Mac. I will never own a PC. I love the iMac, and the fact that it is portable if needed.

I purchased this iMac for my daughter and have been involved in working and playing with the computer. It is a quality machine. It is a little difficult to throw down the extra bucks for the Apple but in the end you will not be disappointed with your decision.
