Just a great little machine as usual. For the money you simply cannot go wrong. If it passes the kids Lego Digital Designer test, then its golden. Runs fast, looks way cool, and best of all is NOT a PC.

Spent over an hour with Geek Squad just setting the system up it was not a plug in and go. It would be really the best thing in the world to have a real, in print manual taking a new owner to Apple products from opening up the box to being able to actually work on the computer. Now there is a new problem with the system I will need to call the Geek Squad about.

So excited to finally have updated my computer. I work with graphics and photography and this baby just makes it even more fun. Very pleased!

I still haven't seen what all the fuss is about. After a month and a half I've been more let down then wowed. It's just the little things, but can't Apple make them happen???? The most recent observation was that the onboard video player doesn't play WMV format.... I know it's a PC format, but isn't Mac supposed to be the end all beat all of video machines?

It is the best computer ever made. Love the cordless keyboard and mouse. Works perfectly and quickly. Looks great and so ultra modern.

I have had Apple computers for more than 30 years. I started with an Apple IIC. I have had problems switching my files from my power pc to this Intel machine. I thought I was working with Windows 7 for a sec because I am having to buy all new software. This has not been the case before! Also when I go online with Safari or Firefox, I often get the "Server not found" message. If I go to another site or reboot the browser and then try to go to the site, I am able to get there. Also one of the tools I used on my old Mac was Adobe Shockwave. It does not work on this computer unless I am at the Shockwave site. Yes, I have downloaded the "newest" version of Shockwave (uninstalled and then installed version 11) and it still doesn't work. Not real happy with Lion!!

So many good things to say about this computer. I use iTunes regularly o sync with my iPods and iPhones. Very easy to use and user friendly. What more can I say..it's a MAC!

Once you go Mac, you'll NEVER go back!! Worth every penny and I considered the 27" iMac but the smaller monitor was sufficient.

This is our 4th Mac. I would never buy anything else. Never have problems like previous PCs. I would tell everyone to quit there PC and get a Mac. You'll be happy you did.

I bought this mac in a very good deal at Best Buy. Everything works perfect. It is the 3th Mac in my house now. We love it.

Ok, after all of these years, I have finally converted. So far, so good. Great computer, and great customer service.

Apple products are always outstanding and the iMac is one of their best products!!

This is my first Mac, and the first time I used online ordering and store pickup at BestBuy. High marks for both!

I found that the learning curve was not very steep. A lot of it is intuitive.

i enjoy my new IMAC to the upmost & apple care is great customer service regarding any comments,questions or concerns,however you will be spending a lot of time learning the osx lion compared to windows but Apple is way better...........

Bought my first iMac after being a pc person for 40 years. I'm very disappointed. Supposedly everything works together or "it just works"...doesn't happen. iCloud is nonexistent, third party software doesn't work even if made for mac, learning curve is steep, customer support is slow, preloaded software is inferior to market, got a baby keyboard instead of a full keyboard, no full size wireless keyboard available anywhere for iMac. I would sell it back to Apple or BB for 50 cents on the dollar and take a loss even though it's only a month old. Gonna bring out my older, slower pc and relegate the iMac to the closet. This is an expensive lesson but the lesson is learned.

After years of using PC's I am very happy with the quality of my Mac. I use windows on the MAC as well and it runs better on the MAC than on my PC's
