    I was really excited about getting my new IMac since I have an IPhone 4S and IPad 2 that I love. However, almost from the beginning I've had problems with it freezing up on me. The only way to unfreeze is to hold the power button until it goes off. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and they couldn't figure it out either. As much as I hate to, I'm going to have to pack it up and take it to a service center. I'm thinking that I could have gotten something much cheaper and had fewer problems. The only good thing is that it's still under warranty since I've only had it about a month now.

    (This unit is a gift) Apple does make a great product but, the computer is way over priced. for 1200.00 I could buy 2.5 PC's and have much better upgrades in the unit. I compared this computer to PC's and the PC has more memory, larger hard drive space, i7 CPU and is hundreds of dollars less. Remember peeps, Apple now uses Intel based hard ware in their computers. You would think that the price would be close to being the same as PC's. The only thing I can see is that you are paying for the Apple name and nothing else. FYI, get a PC, more bang for your buck.
