(I'm 90 and have arthritis) The connection to the internet is fast and I appreciate the news features.

Worst Apple Product ever made

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the iMac in November 2018 based on the reviews and the fact that Apple no longer supported my older iMac. You have to love their business plan. Force people to buy new equipment by refusing to allow updates. That's fine. I was looking forward to having a machine that would work faster anyway. Boy, was I was sorely disappointed. If you want an expensive computer to just surf the internet and write a letter or two this will be fine. God help you if you are a photographer and want to run Photoshop on this machine. I am partly to blame for not wanting to spend thousands of dollars to continue doing what my 8 year old iMac could do. The solution to improve the performance was simple, just add some more RAM. I was able to easily do this on my previous computer. If that were the end of this story I probably would have given the review 3 stars. But NOOOOOOOO! Apple in their ultimate blunder made the addition or upgrading of RAM impossible for the normal user. They want you to tear the machine apart to get to the RAM socket. Shame on you Apple. Buyer beware. I went back to Best Buy to have them install some new RAM. Guess what? Even their Geek Squad is not capable of doing it. Good luck to anyone who buys this worthless paperweight.
