This computer meets our needs. The screen isn’t a Retina display so you might try the next model up if that is important to you.

Would not buy another iMac unless someone could definitively tell me and show why my brand new computer is slow AF! Has never been fast- I bought a Mac thinking the processing speed was faster than most and it made sense since most of my devices are Apple. Wrong! Nothing but slow from the moment I took it out I’of the box.

Mac my third desk top I think you must be Mac smart and know the difference between old and new I should have gone to book instead

Good computer, it is slow when starting. I used the File Vault backup it has taken 2 days and counting to complete the set up.

I was really excited to finally get an iMac since I am already a MacBook Pro user. Unfortunately, this iMac has been a problem since I set it up as it takes an elongated period of time to do anything including simple things like opening the internet. I thought maybe the first couple days it was just being overwhelmed from the iCloud back up and syncing from my MacBook Pro, but even after a few days and seeing all my iCloud synced, this computer is just really slow. I wouldn't even consider it functional. Unfortunately, I was only home for a week and a half while setting this up before I had to leave for a month for work. By the time I returned and thought to return the desktop, the return window had closed. Take my warning - if you buy this computer and it seems slow to start, it won't get better - RETURN IT.

I really enjoy my computer but I am really convinced that something is missing from my package.

This is my second IMAX, this one is a little slow. I had never seen the "rainbow thinking circle" before.

Bought this unit to replace my old one. I was told my previous computer was running slow because it was a 2012 and it is to be expected of older units to run slow, given today's technology. New computer runs only marginally faster. For some operations, even slower. Very dis appointed.

It’s okay. Updates are killer when they first come out. Takes awhile to squish some bugs.

Like IMACS but have had a little trouble with this one because we keep getting adware which is hard to remove.
