I like it I wish it was faster. Easy to use nice design

I have never used a slow Mac before. I am also not a whiz when it comes to specs. This mac is very slow. It has been from the start. But after having brought my original iMac back multiple times, because it was stuck in display mode and it wasn't fixable, I settled for this. Slowest computer I have ever been on. I don't stream shows, movies, don't have games, don't do anything other than email and do Real Estate work on it. My old 2011 Airmac is 4x faster. Very disappointed.

I'm still in the learning process with this after using a PC for 30 years. It seems really slow to warm up and to shut down. It also tends to log me out with annoying frequency. This may be something I can address with one of your techs.

Very nice computer, just wish it came with word or work for doing office work or bills.

Very nice desktop. Easy to set up but a bit slow to load up.

Haven't had much time to delve into the deeper performance aspects of my new iMac but I can tell you that it is disappointingly slow on initial login. Takes up to 4-5 minutes to get to home screen.

Love Mac, I’ve had Mac for a long time. But right now prefer laptops.

It might be great for graphic designer but not good enough for IT professional like me, it has many restrictions to download/customize the software. it may be good for someone who just play around with what ever it comes with.

Well, first purchaser. I had Android before get it. So I love it.

I tried to go to 10.14.4 because the hype on it said it resolves stability issues. No matter what I tried it would not perform the gen. The stability issue involves the software and iTunes. When I am playing music the system randomly decides I need to login again, often in the middle of a song. Of course I have to restart everything. I would talk to Apple about this problem but they would tell me to get current on the software. I switched everything to automatically gen a new system. I was a software support analyst for 20 years and I NEVER let the software decide when to gen anything, but I don't know what else to do. I have been an Apple-mac-iPad user since 2011 and someone convinced me it was time to upgrade. A very big mistake. I liked the old system.

Got this item for Christmas for my kids. A great buy worth every penny.

Since Im not prolific with a keyboard and the letters it would be very nice to have the letter stand out more and since I’m blind wo glasses bolder. A backlit keyboard (brightly illuminated) would be great. Can you suggest a compatible keyboard I’m describing?
