He was checking out the Mac mini so he went to Best Buy to see it. That’s when he started checking the desktop. He found out it would be on sale Black Friday and decided this was what he really wanted.

Graphics mediocre

I thought the 4K graphics would be fine with the smaller screen, but I was wrong. I ordered and received a new iMac 27 in with 5K and will be returning the 21.5 in.

First Mac that had not worked well

This thing is slow as molasses. Has been slow from start. We barely have anything on it. Tons of free space, but just spinning wheel all the time. And that was from day 1.

So, So, Slow!

I have always had a great respect for Apple and am willing to pay more for product that work better. Out of the box, this Mac was so slow I would see the spinning wheel ever 15 seconds while just NAVIGATING! I read about the need for the fusion drive, returned it for the same computer but with the Fusion drive and so far - it is now responsive to simple tasks without the spinning wheel! Apple, you should know better than to ship a product like this one!

Great sound, lacks live tv choices

Wish I would have waited on the 2019 iMac
