This computer is slower than I thought it would be although it could be caused by the security software that they gave me with it.

I was never happy with this computer. It wasn't that it is Apple and I wasn't used to it as I have had Ipads for years. But this computer was very slow. When I tried to click on something I had to do 4-5 times. I replaced the mouse several times and still had the same problem. It is dual core and 2.3 ghz and that just was not as good as the PC I had before. I fell for the Apple hype. I now have a PC and love it!

Could not get it to work and returned for a full refund. These were leftovers so maybe that was the problem.

There's probably nothing wrong with this iMac. I'm just having a terrible time getting used to it . Miss my old Windows 7 PC.

While I was excited to get computer after years of good use from various apple models, this was slow out of the gate. Do not know if its an anomaly or under-powered. Everything from switching users to booting Adobe programs is measured in 1- 3 minutes, often requiring a force quit then restart program. Went back to using 2011 Macbook Pro for graphic design work.

This thing, as well as my Apple Watch, iPad, and iPhone 7s are giving me serious doubts about ever purchasing anything else Apple ever again. Nothing but problems!!! As for the iMac, it is actually slower than the 9-year-old iMac that it replaced! How is this possible?!?!

Am very satisfied with my Apple computer. Very easy to set up and use. Practically set itself up, think a child could do it.

This was to be my third iMac as they last about 6-7 years before they slow down and they won't upgrade to a new OS. I tried to register it with Apple and they told me that the new iMac was already registered to another user and to return it immediately. I did and I am very wary of Best Buy for allowing this to happen. I returned it and have not replaced my existing iMac because of this bad experience.

It’s slower than I thought. I didn’t realize I was buying a 2017 model. Disappointed

My first Mac died - even the geek Squad couldn't bring it back to life - before it was two years old. This one is less than a year and it cannot keep an internet connection, whether wifi OR ethernet. Reboot and it works fine for abour half an hour or so then cannot get it to reconnect,

Good for basic functions. Not super fast.. Speakers sound good.

This was truly a disappointment. Simply put, this mac is an inferior computer. It's surprisingly slow for the money. Apple's new operating system makes it so I couldn't run a great many important software I need: Final Cut Pro, Word, Adobe, and many others. This has to do with Apple's decision to not support 32-bit software. So, I would need to buy $100s of more in software that I already spent $100 to get in the first place. Spent over three hours on tech support just to get a few emails to work. Couldn't use family sharing -- apple tech support couldn't figure out why. I was told maybe it would speed up if I deleted all of the old software, which I did. Still really slow. Tried for a week and returned it. After 20 years with apple I have nothing to lose by switching to pc.

Difficult to use and didn't understand how the mouse was supposed to work

I work from home as a designer. My previous machine was a 2011 MacBook (refurbished). I bought this iMac thinking it would be faster. It's not. There is a horrible lag and it takes foreverr to open Adobe and Office programs. They've even crashed a few times. I would exchange it but I'm afraid the problem is not specific to my machine, and I have already set everything up. I should have invested a few more bucks for an iMac with better specs.

I had this computer for exactly one year and it broke!!!! I’m still paying it!!!! Now apple is telling I have to replace the hard drive. I hardly used the computer. I am so disappointed. Not worth the money!
