This is 1 2017 computer. Nowhere on the website does it say you're getting an older compter.

If this is how an Apple is supposed to work I don’t know what to do. I’ll just say that I’m 61 years older and can work faster than the processor can. Sad. I cannot get any help from the geniuses at the “Bar”. I’ll buy PC next time for half as much and feel better about getting the same bad service.

Didn't work had to take it back for another one very slow and kept crashing

I was excited to get a quality all-in-one. The unboxing was simple, basically turn it on and go. Then the slowest hard drive takes over and opening programs, files and simple tasks are a chore for this computer. I returned the computer as quickly as I could. If you’re looking for an iMac, opt for the Retina display with 256GB SSD.

Extremely slow, constantly got stocked, cannot manage more then 2 apps open, was not able to manage video conferences. I tried to returned in March and due the pandemic was impossible, so I had to live with this junk for 4 months, worst experience ever, is so frustrating, especially due the price paid.

This is the second Mac I have purchased from Best Buy since May and both have been horrible. I have always been a Mac user and have never had computers as bad as these. About to send this one back and give up on Best Buy for Macs. (The first one I received came in an OPENED BOX!)

The intel Core i5 is terribly slow. I almost gave up on the iMac until I purchased one with the Apple M1 chip. Apple should've never put an Intel chip in their product.

Not happy with regard to it's speed; it istime taking

I think I had a defective one.. This ran sooooooo sloooowwww... I tested it once. I hit the space bar and it took 15 SECONDS to respond.... I returned this computer within a couple weeks of having it.. So disappointing because I wanted a Mac so bad!

So I paid $1200 when this came out. The first month it worked great, after that it has become the slowest computer I’ve ever owned. I wish I had never bought this thing.

This is the best thousand dollar desktop computer Apple has ever built. It's ideal as a silent desktop computer for doing everyday non-gaming tasks in a small home office or den. So it's an iMac. The i5 in this computer feels a lot faster than the numbers would suggest. The 5400-rpm hard drive is this system's achilles hill but most of the time it doesn't slow the thing to a crawl if sticking to everyday tasks like browsing or Microsoft Office. Despite the hard drive it is still a great iMac and a fantastic desktop computer.

While this was very beautiful, it was so slow I had to return it. Save your money and purchase a MacBook Pro

I had to return because the camera was defective and couldn’t replace because it was out of stock and not available.

Great computer thank You. The service I received at Best Buy was outstanding. Very clean store and well organized. Easy to find technical equipment.

This is the WORST product I have ever owned, and the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

Although I love the Apple iMac, this configuration was very slow. I couldn’t deal with how slow it ran so I returned it.

I did my research as I am an avid windows user. Two years ago I purchased my daughter a MacBook ( which she loves, and has never given her a problem). Set up was easy as 1,2,3 and the use, well I let's just say that I have a few things to learn. But we love it!! Apple makes a great product.

Didn’t come with all the cords had dents and scratches and the keyboard did not work.

This computer is extremely slow. I wish I hadn’t purchased it and would never do it again
