    Bought this for my mom and it was the slowest computer ever. I swear when I was still on dialup it was faster. I bought an external SSD and reformatted it to be a bootable drive and moved the entire OS there, it was a lot faster. Still, it was pretty slow because now everything had to be written/read to/from the external. Finally bought an ASUS laptop for her to replace this, it's blazingly fast and have had zero problems with that. Apple makes these horrible products and charges you $$$ for them, it's terrible.
