good product I would recommend this product to anyone

I have grown up with Windows and dos since the late 80s. I am have also wanted a apple computer, but hesitant on purchasing one since the are so expensive. I also have always heard MAC is hard to operate. My surface crashed four weeks ago while prep for finals. I purchased the Mac during Black Friday. Omg this is the best most amazing computer I have ever had!!! Bye bye windows hello apple computers.

This newer version of the MAC replaced one that was over eight years old. The resolution, memory, and design of this MAC fit my life style and needs. It also fit right into the original computer cabinet in my office. It was a seamless transition from my old computer. The Geek Squad transferred my information and all I had to do was plug it in to continue working. Very pleased with my purchase.

After 10 years of faithful service, my previous iMac died. Was able to order online for in-store pickup and replace it within a few hours, and the new one is up and running and working just as expected. It's nice to be able to use up-to-date applications and OS that I wasn't able to upgrade to with the old computer. I hope I get another 10 years out of this one!

Purchased iMac It was very slow...so I checked when this computer was made it was made on 2017 Still it supposed to work faster than my PC. After a couple of factory resets it did work very well ...but I don't want to take a chance cause I waited 3 days to sync and it was still slow then I did the factory reset. I paid 1k and expected to work faster than my current pc laptop. Mouse and Keyboards including charging cable were returned. One of the staff didn't check inside the keyboard box and called me to return the magic mouse. 4 stars given for the fast refund.

I WORK FROM HOME (SELF-EMPLOYED) AND THIS IS MY OFFICE COMPUTER. IT IS MT FIRST APPLE AND HONESTLY, IT IS A GREAT COMPUTER AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. THE CAPABILITIES SEEM ENDLESS. THE SCREEN IMAGES ARE CRISP, SHARP AND CLEAN. SOUND QUALITY IS AMAZING. IT IS AESTHETICALLY PLEASING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

This iMac replaced our 2010 model and is faster, crisper and more responsive than its predecessor. It may be the base model iMac, but it does everything that we want a computer to do, and the price (on sale at BestBuy) was great. The prior iMac served us for 8 years; we hope that this one will match that.

This is my third iMac and I wouldn't want anything else. So easy to just turn on and get started. Transferring info from one mac to other was very simple and quick.

Best Buy had a great pre black Friday sale on the iMac. And since my 5 year old MacBook Pro was showing signs of slowing down I switched to the desktop cause it was way less expensive and I no longer need the portability of a laptop. I have an iPad for traveling. So far the only problem I have is learning how to use the mouse again so looking to get the Apple trackpad next.
