Even the scratches they said it had, was very very very faint and small. And it was like 2 small ones. HOWEVER it got 4 stars for 2 reasons. One it’s a little harder to set up than your phone and MacBook. Second because the person who returned it had added her iCloud and it took forever to be able to delete it through tech support and allow for me to put mine. Until now there are still some things that come up with the old users name. I wish Best Buy would check these things so that the person returning these items can delete everything like brand new.
