    I bought the iMac on sale to replace my old one that was 10 years old. I had a rocky start. The mouse and keyboard had to be recharged before I could do anything and when I finally did the transfer the machine froze. But with the wonderful help of Apple support I reinstalled the operating system and now it is working fine.

    I bought this computer to update my aging 10 YO iMac. Gone is the DVD drive and cable connected keyboard and mouse. In its place are a solid-state system with more memory than I'll use or need as I use this mainly for web-browsing and bill paying. It has worked flawlessly. My only gripe is a spartan "operating leaflet"-remainder is online.

    Always planned to purchase one, so I waited all year and waited for the (Black Friday) sale and purchased the only one that was left after being told there wasn't one in the store, but I was determined and ask for more help and boom there it was and on sale, and a great price.
