The new iMac has an amazing monitor! The wireless keyboard is compact and thin. The iMac is complete with all you need to begin your work or play. We bought the 21.5" monitor iMac and it is plenty big for a family office or work space. The Magic Mouse is also wireless. Beautiful sleek design. Nice computer!

Easy to use. Quite different than my last MAC, which was about 10yrs old. Still getting used to various features.

The gentlemen who helped me with this purchase was very friendly and polite and a positive member of the Best Buy team. However, I wish I was directed toward the SSD and Retina Display. This machine works well for a 50+ year old couple with their first Mac, however, you can certainly do better with the SSD rather than the SATA and the upgraded 4K display. I own an SSD Mac and the speed difference is night and day.

Initially I went into the store to purchase one desktop but the deal was so good that I purchased two. So far my fiance loves his computer. We decided on apple because we have all their products and they last very long. I still have not opened mine but I’m sure it is great for what I need to do with it.

Just switched from PC to Mac so having some beginner issues. I'm sure the product is fine just getting frustrated with the differences.

I am using this unit to replace a similar one purchased 6 years ago. We use it for business purposes and have been VERY happy with our purchase. Now the old unit serves as an additional monitor for dual screens. If you want a computer that will not have to be upgraded every two years than the iMac is for you.

I love this 21.5” iMac computer. It is my first apple desktop and it performs equally as well as any of my other Apple products. I love how everything just works when you take it out of the box. It is very sleek looking and un-obtrusive sitting out in the RV.

I am use to Dell Computers but I own an iPhone and iPad so I thought I would give the Apple computer a try. It takes some getting use to even though I have other Apple products. So far so good. I like it, still getting the hang of using some of the features but overall I think it was a good purchase.

I love how i could go from using my phone straight the the computer everything is synced and easy to use.

My stepson told me this is a very nice computer for the price. They set up so it is really easy to use because I am not a computer person

The 21.5 iMac (non-retina) has been a great starter mac. Additionally the 2017 model year is the first year of iMacs since 2011 that don't have soldered Ram/HDD so if you are tech savvy enough or take it in to a computer repair shop you can upgrade the RAM or upgrade to a SSD later.

I'm moving from Windows 10 to iMac...still taking time getting used to it, but I do like using it. One problem I'm experiencing is that it seems to be slower opening up apps than I was used to. Whenever the crisis with COVID-19 is over and the store opens back up I will take it in and have a Geek Squad member look at it. Also, not sure if the Trend antivirus will have future updates for iMacOs; I received a notice from Apple regarding that issue.

I purchased the computer being told that they could transfer my documents to pages etc. you can see that it did not & I don't believe the email is working properly I don't know what to do as I am not able to spend a lot of time on it due to being a caregiver. So it is probably a great computer I am just not tech savy

As expected of all apple products: beautiful design, high quality and great on the eyes. The IOS can be more user friendly.

Bought it for school and I am satisfied. Well worth the money, highly recommend. If you're more of a traveler but want to have a powerful Apple product on the go, I recommend the iPad Pro or the MacBook Pro, both very good product's from Apple.
