Apple has great products. This is a temporary piece of equipment and I'll give it to my grandson for homework next year. The price was right Wish I could have added more memory to this model tho. But it was relatively inexpensive for an Apple.

If you do not need a portable computer, this is a great option. This is my first desktop in many years - I have had Apple MacBook Pros for the past 10 years, and this computer is everything you would expect from Apple. I highly recommend!

It's a great Desktop computer. Has plenty of memory for normal home use and can store a ton of pictures. We dont use many of the installed Apps.... My 2013 iMac is still working great other than impossible to update to new software.

I love the iMac because it does not take up a lot of space but it is a fully functional computer. If you have other apple products you can sync everything on computer as with other Apple products. Great home idea even if you are not an Apple user.

Came to my local bestbuy to purchase a new iMac and all of the iMacs sold had on 8GB of memory installed and the didn’t offer or recommend any upgrades which was strange because I use cpu intensive apps for video editing and music production....nice iMac just poor specs for my needs in a apple desktop

Easy to use, straight forward computer....no anti-virus software needed. Could use MS Office preinstalled...

needed a replacement for our home office - nice, clean system and design - like the wireless keyboard and mouse

I wanted a desktop but wasn’t sure what kind to get. The associate was very helpful, the geek squad helped me to transfer my info from one computer to the next, and followed up with me after. The only thing is u can’t find my iTunes. Anyway I’m enjoying my new iMac!

My daughter loves it. The picture quality is good. She loves that she has Apple TV on computer.

I’m still learning how to use this computer but so far everything is wonderful it’s been quite easy to learn and when I have a hard time on something I call you guys at the geek squad and you help me out I love this computer and the programs that come with it.

After months of reading reviews and going into BB to ask for information I finally sprung and purchased the iMac. A great machine directly out of the box. I have not a complaint to share

I was nervous buying it, even though I’ve always had an iPhone for years. I like my windows and felt comfortable with that but I’ve enjoyed this Mac and have gotten used to the system. I love the quality Apple offers and feel you get more for your money.

Nice Imac. Simple to setup and use. Easy to convert other OS to use with IOS. Should have come over to IOS sooner.

The new iMac perfectly fit my needs and budget. As always, Mac is out of the box ready. I’m disappointed that hey no longer have a disc drive (I’m old school), but was able to purchase as inexpensive one that works just fine with the Mac.

My PC was acting up so I started looking for a replacement. I've been using Mac computers at work for more than 25 years so I decided to look into one. With the pandemic and supply issues there weren't many models available even to order online. My local store had only one model in stock and it was the base model 21.5" iMac for $1,099. I purchased it and took it home. After installation I clicked on "About This Mac" and saw that it was a 2017 model. If a computer is being sold as new and is actually a 3 year old model it should have been clearly labeled as such. Apple makes their products become obsolete so quickly that I wish I would have known. I suppose I should have done more research. Buyer beware, the "new" computer you are buying could be 3 years old, or more.

After about 1 1/2 years, this thing is still working as it did on day 1. The display is nice, as are the keyboard and mouse. The video card is adequate for most things, but not enough for high quality gaming graphics.

This is my first iMac, I have always had a windows platform. It is not difficult to learn, just different. I like the Magic Mouse, I only have charged the keyboard and mouse one time . It has held a good charge for about a month!

We have limited and often SLOW internet access, So as with our previous Mac it was extremely annoying to have to spend two days before we successfully downloaded the 2+ gigs of OS X upgrade required to be up to date on top of the OS X already on the system. The migration from the old Mac went quite well via hooking up our time Machine backed up external HD. AND the sale price was great.

I had to return an iMac. I consulted with the Geek Squad, who were very helpful in guiding me toward the iMac I really needed. Since the one I bought was not the one I needed, I had to return the computer. That process went smoothly.

I owned a Mac several years that lasted 8 years. I was talked into a laptop but couldn't afford an Apple laptop so I got a HP. I still longed for my Mac, so after 6 months of using HP laptop I finally gave in and got my Mac desktop. I'm in love again!!
