Not sure why I fought the change from a PC to a Mac. It has been a much easier process than I anticipated and all of my files have converted to my Mac. My salesperson was awesome and took extra care to explain things to me.

Tired of buying computers/laptops that don't last. I decided to spend a couple extra bucks and reach for the best. Took some apple classes at the Mall and it continues to be a wonderful experience. Best investment ever!!

The thing I like the most is the ample factory default storage. I have a Mid 2010 MacOS Sierra, that originally came with just 500GB, and upgraded to 2TB. The only thing I'm missing is the SuperDrive, luckily I can use Remote Disk from the old machine.

Slowly, I am mastering this new machine. GEEK squad are my helpful angels. Having ability on an older computer is not helpful; changing skills is the challenge. But I recognize the elegance of this new Apple and I'll keep trying. DON'T KNOW HOW TO ADD A PHOTO!!!!

easy set up, once you learn a Mac product I garauntee you do not go back to a windows....I freak even trying!!

We use to only use HP computers, until my daughter talked to us about Apple. We love the Apple, we have iPads, and iPhones but never look at computers. It was easy set up and it doesn’t have to be replaced after a couple years.

The picture is so clear. We purchased a sound bar at the same time and are glad we did.

I bought this computer and loved it. Everything worked fine until it started smelling weird, like a plastic or burning smell. My daughter said it smelled like nachos . It would stink up the whole house so I’m going to have to return it just in case something is wrong with it. I’ve only had it for a week and totally not sure if it’s normal. Everything still works fine but better safe than sorry

Great computer. I love all of my Mac computers and laptops. Will never go back to a windows based computer again. The screen on this is large. Just wish it had a built in disc drive and not have to purchase an external drive.

I wish that I had not purchased the cheapest model. Things tend to load slowly. Recommend you purchase the most machine you can afford.

This is my second Mac desktop and I love it just the same as my first! This one no longer has the built in CD-ROM which was alittle disappointing bc I take ALOT of pictures and it was easy to write on to a cd.

Definitely an upgrade from my HP desktop. I love the size of the screen and the slick keyboard.

its a Mac bro lol it does what you need it too. sucks because you can't upgrade the ssd or ram.

I bought the Apple because I heard they were the best.! But it was to complicated & unusual for me to learn, a Big difference from my old windows machine.!

Apple makes great products. Switched to Apple about 10 years ago when MS was losing their way. No regrets. Wife and I have been living on laptops for years but Best Buy offered a discount on the IMAC so I grabbed it. Wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life

Great buy! Best Buy if you will. I am using this for work. I love that it connects with all my other Apple products. My wife uses this for her school work and it has a great capacity for personal use as well.

Really like my new Mac. Very easy to set up right out of the box. Had used a Mac book pro with 15” screen for years. Had to upgrade machine to run new version of turbo tax. Went with bigger screen this time as I am retired and never take the Mac out of the house.

I have to say that the iMac never disappoints! I was able to get sync my son’s iPod and his entire music library in mins literally! I love charging the mouse instead of buying boat loads of batteries. You may want to invest in a wireless keyboard.
