My 2011 iMac served well, but was getting to the point of no more updating. I love the large display and all-in-one style. I do wish Apple had kept the disk reader, though. I had to get a plug-in for the few times I need a CD or DVD.

I bought this replacement iMac because my 8-year old iMac would no longer support Turbo Tax. It was an easy setup to change out the computer using all of my other equipment (printer, wifi, etc.). I love Apple products!

Previously had Microsoft operating system. Relatively easy to learn this new system. Monitor size is great. Bought Logitech keyboard so I would have the calculator on the side as I work a lot with numbers.

I purchased the product mainly for my kid using it for online school. The preloaded iWorks converts the MSOffice without Issues. My kid can save all documents to pdf for universal view. Also, awesome for live meetings online with collaboration app.

My husband and I purchased our first Mac in January of 2011. It recently began shutting down all the time and we decided to buy a new one. The new models are very similar, but there are significant improvements.

I bought my first iMac a couple of years ago and instantly fell in love with it. It's a much more stable platform. I wish I'd have made the switch sooner. I bought this one for my daughter for her online courses.

I love this computer. I also paid to have.a Geek Squad member come set it up for me with my printer. Having an expert who communicates, teaches, and helps with what is always a frustrating process was great. Getting it on sale was also a bonus.

Good machine for my retirement years. Easy to use with just enough functions for us 70 year olds.

Omg this is the best system u could ever ask for it’s the best thing my kids could get for them to study and get everything they need. I’m really happy they use it a lot and get a lot of out of it.

I love my new apply, I have an iPad Pro and a mac that is 7 yrs old never a problem, I decided to dump the hp with Microsoft because I have been having unsolved problems with the soft ware. So glad I did

I owned an HP computer for 10 years and decided to purchase an iMac. It exceeded my expectations and my wife and I love it. The display is beautiful and it responds quickly. The operating system is far superior to Windows. I highly recommend!

I love this computer. Basically take it out of the box plug it in everything comes charging everything comes ready… And if you already are on the cloud you just enter your email address and you were good to go. It took me five minutes for the entire set up

Had to get a new computer after 10 years. Old one (also an iMac) started having too many problems. Best Buy had the best deal on a new iMac. Can't say enough about the quality of this product. Love it. Purchasing from Best Buy was a breeze.

Mac is a great product and all that I will buy. I always recommend apple products to everyone I know

I bought this computer for work and found it very slow when it came to logging onto multiple different platforms for work. For regular daily functions it’s great! Day to day use it lives up to the Apple reputation. I was just disappointed when it came to running multiple programs and accessing VPNs.

This iMac purchase was the best decision I could have made. I love love love this computer. I have had many in my life and this is the nicest and most secure one I have ever owned. Worth every penny!

I have an older iMAC with more speed. Cost not worth the product. It has a beautiful screen but I’d take a lesser screen for better productivity. It takes, what seems like a decade, to open applications. I almost listened to a complete track before MS Outlook would open. Their mail product takes a few minutes as well. Not worth the cost.

We love this Apple computer. We have had name brand computers in the past but none were easier to set up and get running than this Apple computer!!! We will not buy another brand computer other than Apple!!!!

Does the job perfectly fine. Everything is clear without the retina display. I am able to use Amazon WorkSpaces and use a Windows interface on my MAC without any problems. Overall very satisfied about my purchase

I had bought an iMac 10 years ago and it finally gave out on me. Because the last one lasted that long is the reason I purchased this one. Best buy ever, I would recommend this computer to all my friends.
