Had to get used to a new system, had an old Windows box since 2002 that I tried to upgrade several times but gave up - very nice and classy piece, will take time to learn how to use

My daughter needed a new computer to finish up College. This one is perfect for her. It was so easy to order online and she was able to pick it up at a Best Buy near her.

it may be ok if you are an apple user. i found it hard to transition from a pc and my wife could not. it also was slower than our old pc for basic surfing

A few years ago I made the pitch to Apple/Macs. I'm a fan and would give great reviews to my MacBook, iPads, and iPhones. However, this particular iMac version is dreadfully slow. I understand it's a bottom of the line model, but it can't get out of its own way. I'm past the warranty date and I've tried all the "fixes" offered by support. It appears to be a crappy hard drive. If you don't mind waiting 40-60 seconds for texts to send, programs to open, commands to reposed etc, then go ahead.

Absolutely love this machine as it has so much more memory than my old one; wish it had a CD drive

I love my new iMac. The only bad thing in the Specs it says it has HDMI port and it doea not. You have to buy an adapter for HDMI. Once I got an adapter it worked perfect.

This computer may be good , but I don't know. I had to pay someone on line. Allot of money to get it setup so it would run correctly. No help from anyone. Apple didn't even send a book with it. I am a windows user and this thing is like greek to me .If you buy a apple don't expect any help from anyone without paying them big money.

This machine is so quick and can handle anything! Would recommend doing the MacOS Mojave update - best update yet if your a heavy computer user. Apple never disappoints!

This is a replacement for an older model. Works great.

Mac always made the best computers. This is my 4th iMac purchase. For my wife. I’m still using my late 2009 iMac. Nowhere close to being obsolete. Best computers ever

Best Buy has always been our “go to” for TVs, computers and phones. The service is personal and the sales staff have always been knowledgeable about the products.

We replaced an older iMac with this one. It’s slimmer, lighter and has a more current display. The mouse and keyboard are now rechargeable, not battery operated.

Apple is always known to make solid products, while overly priced. Was a pretty fast Mac until I transferred my backup hard drive data to it, then it was just as slow as my old Macbook. So maybe it was just me but it went from fast to extremely slow.

Bought as a gift for kid. She loved it. Great computer starting from unboxing experience. So easy. And set up was incredibly fast. Nothing like setting up a new PC

It was a slow start getting it set up and things transferred over. The computer was sluggish to begin with but it is up and running well now. I wish it had an optic drive for my DVD's like my old iMac.

I’m a loyal Apple product customer. I cheated self in buying the 21 inch when I’m used to the big screens in media now. Great product otherwise.

I saw the open box online, it was cheaper online they had no problem giving me that price and I got great service as always and we were in and out pretty quickly.

I love my iMac wish I would have went with SSD and more memory instead of getting CDDVD drive.

I’m happy with my computer! The quality is great. I am currently going over installing various things and I have accomplished this.
