I now want to switch to all Apple products. Sleek design does not use up space

I needed a computer for my on line classes, to upload all the pictures of my daughter and all my boyfriends music. Our new Mac is perfect for all our needs. We love the huge screen.

Still learning all of the wonderful features. My first iMac. Different from other computers. Trying to absorb all the great features.

After using Mac, would not go back to PC. No worries about viruses or idiots tapping into my computer! The screen display is great and luv the limited wires and no tower or modem.

It's a lot of fun and more user friendly than my HP was for the most part. Because I'm used to an HP, I am having trouble with some things such as how to delete and add programs; but the Photo Booth is amazing and I love how my pictures group according to faces as well as into albums.

This computer is great regardless if you're s novice or a pro. I think it's a great product and I love the screen resolution. The size is great and doesn't take up too much space.

The sales person in the store did not ask me about how I would use the computer. I mentioned that I was a Microsoft user all my life and was looking for a new computer that offered more security from hackers. The sales person specifically told me the Apple was a more secure system and less likely to be "hacked" into. My needs are basic and do not require a higher performance computer with all the bells and whistles that the Apple offered. After purchasing the computer and having the Geek Squad set it up in my home, I was told that the Apple was not the appropriate computer for my needs and required a completely new learning curve. The Apple computer has not been able to smoothly integrate with Microsoft Outlook to access my email on both Comcast and AOL. I feel that I was sold a more expensive solution that has not worked out satisfactorily and will probably require me to spend more money to buy a Microsoft desk top eventually. Best Buy should train their salespeople to be more thorough and not oversell a product without understanding the customer's needs. Also, the Geek Squad phone support personnel generally are not as familiar with the Apple computer details on accessing information as they are on a Microsoft computer.

Because I use multiple Apple devices, the use of cloud technologies proves to a vital and useful as I move between locations and devices.

I recently purchased my first desk top Apple MAC, I had a lot of trouble getting started but must say that Apple has wonderful support.

A pc user my whole life, just got so sick of dying laptops and replacing after 2-3 years so decided to go with the mac. Great machine, easy to learn! Definitely recommend to everyone

This computer was a replacement for a PC which needed upgrade, and was chosen so we could both work together on the same type machine.

Previously had a MacBook Pro for 8 years. Needed a desktop and went with the IMac. Couldn't be happier. Definitely worth the price!

Had a gateway before so it's a whole different layout for me. It was difficult at first but after you get a hang of it it's pretty cool.

Rather than purchase a custom computer from manufacturer, I chose to purchase through best buy during the Black Friday sale, when the computer was $200 off MSRP. Am happy with the consistent Mac quality and am pleased I didn't overspend on upgrades, seeing that the computer is fine for routine house and office tasks, as well as the occasional game of Starcraft 2.

I'd been a Windows user for 25 years, and we needed a new PC. So since we all have iPhones/Pods/Touches I thought we'd try a Mac. I have to say it is a great computer and I have easily figured out all the nuances of the Apple OS. I highly recommend this Mac, and couldn't be happier.

This is a very nice home system. 21" screen is great for photo editing and big enough for side by side display. Excellent resolution and clarity

The extra extra extra thin enclosure is the most fantastic feature about this computer. Although somewhat pricey, its features really are amazing! It is great for educational use.

The computer works very well. The large screen is a real plus, very easy to read. The keyboard is very easy to use, It;s small size does not take up much space and is very responsive. I bought the magic pad and it's easier and more convenient than the mouse that came with the computer.

While many feel that Apple computers are too expensive, I believe it balances out when one considers the excellent software programs preloaded on this generation of Macs. For example, similar programs to iWork, iPhoto, & iMovie would need to be purchased separately for most Windows based machines. In addition, there is little to worry about relative to virus issues and the lack of "bloat ware" keeps the computer speeding along. My only issue is that a few of my devices (cameras) have software that is practically useless when loaded on an Apple. Regardless, as one learns the Apple software, one finds acceptable replacement procedures to use.
