It works wonderfully! It is our 1st imac and I am glad we purchased it!

A DVD drive should have been included. Having to buy one separately made the overall purchase higher, since the drive was not cheap.

My wife and I bought this Macintosh PC because we have had Apple products for the last 5-6 years. We have been very happy and satisfied with Apple performance and reliability.

Seems to be a top quality device, but an online manual would be very helpful. I-tunes is duplicating every purchase and cd I import.

This is my first iMac and I love it. I have owned PC's for over 20 years, and there was a little bit of a learning curve, but once I got passed that, I am loving my new computer.

Great computer! We've always used Macs at home and this is the best one yet. The monitor's clarity is awesome, it was easy to set up - just plugged it in and we were ready to go.

The 21.5 inch IMAC computer is great, so far A little more money than I wanted to spend but so far it might be worth the extra money. I love the Mouse I think this one is super.

One month after purchasing my brand new iMac, it died. During the month that I had it, I had to reboot the system several times in order for it to connect to the wifi. That was a little annoying. So anyways, one day I was online about to log in to my email account and all of a sudden I hear a pop and the iMac shuts off by itself. So I went to push the button to turn it back on, and it wouldn't turn on. Then I tried to use a different power cord, different outlet, and no matter what I did the computer still would not turn on. So I took it back to Best Buy and Geek Squad there couldn't fix it so they had to send it to their service center, which was halfway across the country, for repair. Once it came back to Best Buy after the repair I went to pick it up. After I brought it home, I discovered that my wireless mouse and wireless keyboard were not connecting. So I researched and tried several different procedures for that particular problem to get that to work and it still wouldn't. I eventually figured out that it's the Bluetooth hardware that is not working. So I have to take it back for repair AGAIN. This iMac has caused me a major headache and I would never again buy one of these.

my only complaint would be that it doesn't tilt the screen to the left or right and doesn't have a view eye piece to look through.

This machine is rock solid and much faster than expected. Leaving the frustrating days of Windows based PC's behind for good!

Simply put I love this computer. I've had it for almost 4 years now and through Graphic Design School and everyday use it still works like it's brand new.

My first exposure to an apple computer. Amazed by its simplicity and ease of set-up, only minimal gripe was that instructions were a bit spread around, and not well coordinated . All in all, different enough to this amateur to feel like a new generation of device. Heartily encourage those who have hesitated trying a MAC to go.ahead. Worth it ...

First time using a Mac and have had no problem making the transition from PC to Mac. Best-Buy Geek Squad transferred all of my data so never missed a beat in daily procedures.

Am not disappointed with the upgrade to the newest iMac. Everything seems to be working smoothly except for one or two applications which probably needed to be updated anyway.

Just a great investment that will allow my family to do all the computing that we will need to do, at a price that is unrivaled for the security, the stability, and the speed.

Overall this is a great computer compared to the Dell laptop I had prior. Easy to set up and use. Connects easily to wifi. Easy to sort pictures and videos and great quality and sound. Only complaint is the mouse which is wireless makes arrow in screen move slow and not smooth.

I bought this for my 70 year old mother and recent widow. After walking her through the Mac program she is very happy and can keep in great contact with friends and family.

Purchased to gain the benefit of running a Mac and a Microsoft environment using parallel software. after some initial start up issues it runs very well in both environments
