The item was new in opened box and I saved over $300. Much better price than Apple Store.

We switched from PC to MAC and we are very pleased with our purchase. Screen is so clear, it is lightning fast, but we still had to get the separate DVD /CD player. But overall, we are happy with our purchase, will buy again!

This is my 2nd iMac, I bought the 21.5 inch after upgrading my 17 inch iMac from 2007.The speed, and features of this machine are great. I really like the bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Everything I own is wireless so it makes for a clean install at my desk I've got the power wire and thats it. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to come over to a Mac or who is looking to upgrade their current mac.

A great computer for those who need the storage space to work on projects and photography or any sorta project. Only issue is the not having a built-in cd/dvd port drive.

I have to say this is the best computer i have bought. It was easy to set up and transferring files from my old computer to this one was simple. Definitely recommend.

The iMac is a great computer. It has a simple design. Very happy with it. The purchase has completed my Apple products. Also purchased it on sale which is always a plus.

This computer is easy to use and has all the features, and more, that I need. It took a little while but is now completely compatible with work I bring home from a PC.

We are new to Apple products. There is a lot to learn. The size of the screen is great. Images and characters are sharp abad crisp. Response time is lighting fast. We have had a few problems. For some reason the computer lost connection. It was extremely frustrating. Via remote the Geek Squad was able to get the computer reconnected.

I was never a "Mac Person" but the ease of this computer made me convert! My husband and I bought this mainly for a side business and it fulfills all of our needs.
