Decided to go with a desktop Mac to further my photo editing capabilities. Best decision I've made in a long time. It's fast, sleek, and has a large hard drive.

1st & only other computer was an xp. had to replace. wasn't considering an apple because of the cost and perceived 'getting used to' experience. after demo at the store figured this could be a last computer purchase. also, much more intuitive learning experience than anticipated. have had for one month. have called tech support a couple of times- always a short wait and satisfactory experience ('local' tech support). much more to discover about this mac and look forward to it.

I am new to the mac and have some difficulty learning the operating system and all the shortcut keys. I recommend the apple care for beginners just for the customer support. I used this service 6 times and it's the best I've ever dealt with. The only thing I dislike about the iMac is the small keyboard but i guess in time i will adapt.

I was concerned about the open box. System was as promised. Excellent working condition with everything that I needed.

Easy to use , looks in par with modern Times, was able to blue tooth with My home theater receivers and air play Songs. And mac as has there products Build sturdy ,

Satisfied with the purchase, although I much preferred the features and display of the older models of Apple's iMacs.

I have always purchased the least expensive desk tops and generally when they are on sale. This my first quality machine. My iMac was on sale and my children have always praised their Macs, so I got this one and am very, very happy with it. It has been so easy to connect to my printers, and was a snap to learn to operate (I am computer challenged even though I have been using them for over thirty year for home and work.) And the mouse and key board are of fine quality.

The Mac is a good product and easy to use once you get used to it if you haven't used one before. Apple has great support and they have always been helpful to me.

I already had an i pad so this was a good addition. Also picked up a 6S phone. I can run Windows on it if i want to.

Very simple to set up especially for a senior with little knowledge of technology

Worked without any problem straight out of the box. Automatically detected and connected to my 3-year old printer. Very compact and quiet. A real pleasure to use.

the big screen is good for eyes. the graphics are great

This is my 2nd iMac. I am a Mac lover, having spent my career in advertising. They are so much easier to use than PCs. Quick set up, clean look, ready to roll.

I love Apple products and how easy it is to share pictures and data with friends and family. FaceTime always makes me feel close to friends who live away.

This is my first Mac product, so there is a learning curve. I'm very satisfied so far with this product. The screen never freezes up, and it has not crashed.

I use this to run propresenter and it does a great job. The two thunderbolt ports allow for easier connecting to multiple displays with different outputs.

Always had windows based computers before. This Mac is so much easier to navigate

What's not to like about this fast and efficient computer. It's the only computer I would use for my music projects. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!
