Apple makes a great product! If you are tired of all the viruses, costly software and constant issues, switch to a Mac and you'll be glad you did. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but it is very intuitive and once you go Mac, you'll never go back! Just add the MS office software and you won't have to worry about compatibility issues.

Non upgradable

Apple is now making all Ram and other hardware soldered together so you can't interchange or upgrade the product except at time of purchase, and best buy doesn't even give options to do so.
