Slow as Molasses, Awful Performance

I own a 2009 27", 8gb ram, 500gb HD and this was supposed to be an upgrade. It wasn't. Didn't need the 27" screen so I went with the 21". I couldn't believe how slow this iMac was. Spinning ball non-stop. Slow, slow slow. And then I found out that it is almost impossible to upgrade the ram without taking the whole computer apart. If you do it yourself say goodbye to your warranty. Who at Apple thought this was a good idea? Terribly disappointed. I'm used to Apple products being fast, reliable, consumer oriented and cutting edge simple. I was not expecting a low end, under built, low performing run of the mill piece of computer junk. Really?? Apple what gives? I returned this and bought a 13" MB Pro. Now this is a real mac computer. Save your money.

The only negative is sometimes other people can't open docs and you have to be careful, and firefox sometimes isn't supported on certain sites. I have a mac desktop, although i've had laptop and have a Iphone. I'm waiting on my 6 plus. I have a 4 s. My daughter has a 5. she loves it.She wil be getting a 6 when her upgrade is due.

It's very light weight, only one cord and very sleek. Not to mention fast and everything you need for school, work, and leisure activities like music movies ect. Lots and lots of storage!!! Love this
