never owning an apple before this was a nice computer. Took a little while to learn all the features but overall a nice computer

It is an apple. I had no problems with it other then I made a hasty decision on purchasing it. I did not keep it but maybe a week. Good if you can find the money

Had excellent assistance with technician at store. He explained everything and what additional items we would need and how to get it up and running along with transferring files from previous computer. Love the computer and the excellent service we had at Best Buy.

It is easy to set up and easy to operate! How can you go wrong buying a Mac. I jus wish the optical drive came with the computer.

This is my first Mac purchase and I couldn't be happier. I was planning to buy a PC, but didn't like the way they were structured with the stands. Also, to get a really good PC, you have to spend the same amount as a Mac, so I looked at the Mac and never went back!

We love our new iMac desktop computer. We purchased the 24/7 Support with the Geek Squad and plan to schedule a "training session". We are compiling a list of questions. But the iMac is such a smooth operating system. We haven't felt desperate for help yet.

A very good replacement for an older Mac Mini which couldn't be further upgraded. I like the all-in-one system as it eliminates some of the usual clutter with a computer system. It seems to work very well and the transition from the Mini to the iMac was seamless.

After using a regular computer since they have around this is my first Mac. Still feeling my way around but find it to be much faster, no freezing up. What I have used it for so far I like. I also like the fact that is is only 3 pieces. Very easy to set up.

Have had PC's for years. My last desktop was toast and neede to buy a new one. Since everything else I have is Apple, I bit the bullet and bought a Mac. Best decision since everything now is entagrated.

This is a great investment for all levels of computer users. Even my 5 year old is learning how to access programs and games on her own. The is especially helpful in promoting keyboarding skills with her.

This is the best computer I have ever purchased along with the two Mac Pro laptops. The monitor is great and super clear. All the software is great. I have had no problems and don't expect any either.

Still on the "learning" curve….different from Windows OS but I understand viruses are hard to pick up on the Mac…so far so good….getting to learn the Mac's "bells and whistles" is a real challenge!

I had never owned an Apple computer before. This operating system is so fast! It has been easy to get used to. It is great to not deal with viruses on the computer. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I love it and so do my wife and kids.

This is my first Apple Computer. I'm still learning how to use it. Everyone tells me that when I finally figure it out that I will never go back to a pc. I'm looking forward to learning much more.
