Great customer service support. No extra cables and hook up connections required. Was very easy to hook up to my printer. No drivers to install etc.

We love this computer! Price is a little high, but well worth the extra money! Takes a little to get used to apples system from being used to windows.

Great computer. First Apple in our house, don't know why we waited so long to purchase an Apple computer.

I switched from a Windows computer to the iMac and am very happy about my decision. This computer is quality and simplicity in a very nice package.

I love my mac. It is fast and the screen is so clear. I do have to go back for tech support because it is different than window.. but I love it.

I purchased this iMac "open box". The stem to the monitor was BENT! That's a strong piece of metal to get bent like that. The box, itself, was NOT damaged, but the computer was. Now, in my book, 'open box' means someone bought it, decided they wanted something else, boxed it back up and returned it. Or, the item was a display and then was boxed up and sold. This computer was damaged and when I called CS they told me the computer's condition was "why I got such a great price on it". Epic FAIL Best Buy. Damaged is DAMAGED, not "open box".

I went in only looking far a laptop but decided to invest in a I Mac . The staff was very helpful and stayed late to help me with my purchase.

Good machine, Had to have help with Apple to get started. iPhoto can be difficult Need DVD player (does not come with one) Get a good back up
