My Geek squad guy informed me it was 2013 model. I was so upset. It is as slow as my precious and had a huge problem getting it cleared to set up. What a mess.

Been difficult to switch from Microsoft software

Will need considerable more time to get the hang of the applications and how they operate. Help screens have not done much for me in doing what I need to do to make the applications work - maybe I am just "to technically challenged" for the Mac.
